Returns Policy

I hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however if there are any problems with it or you are not happy for any reason please contact me in the first instance on doghandlertraining@gmail.com giving full details of your concerns and I will endevour to resolve any problems.

As all my leads are handmade to order and customised to your requirements, refunds are only available on defective or damaged items.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item and must be returned within 28 days. Please return all items in original packaging or suitable equivalent packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage but this will be refunded if upon inspection of the item it is agreed that there is a fault or defect.

You will receive full instructions via email of how to return your item.

It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage, this is available free of charge at the Post Office. You will be contacted on receipt of your return and informed when to expect your refund. All refunds will be made to the card used for the original payment.
